    Evaluation on Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity in Jinan under the Geosciences Perspective

    • 摘要: 济南作为黄河流域高质量发展的中心城市,大规模的基础建设和资源消耗,导致经济发展与资源环境之间的矛盾加剧,对济南市资源环境进行承载潜力评价尤为重要。笔者从地学角度出发,综合考虑承载本底和承载状态,建立地质环境、地下水资源、矿产资源的承载潜力的评价指标体系,利用AHP和Arcgis10空间分析功能对济南市地质资源环境承载力进行评价,最后得出地质资源环境承载力评价结果。结果表明:济南市地质资源环境承载力等级绝大部分在中等以上,地质环境承载力整体较好,地下水资源承载力整体不高,地下水资源紧缺;各区县矿产资源承载力差异较大。

       

      Abstract: As the central city of high–quality development in the Yellow River Basin, Jinan's large–scale infrastructure construction and resource consumption aggravate the contradiction between economic development and resources and environment. Therefore, it is particularly important to evaluate the carrying potential of resources and environment in Jinan. From learning perspective, this paper considers carrying background and carrying condition, establishing geological environment, groundwater resources, mineral resources carry potential evaluation index system, using AHP and Arcgis10 spatial analysis function of Jinan geological resource environmental carrying capacity evaluation, the evaluation result is concluded that geological resource environmental bearing capacity. The results show that: most of the geological resources and environment carrying capacity in Jinan are above medium level, the overall geological environment carrying capacity is good, the overall groundwater resources carrying capacity is not high, groundwater resources are in short supply.
