    New Earth Observation Technology and Earth Health Examination

    • 摘要: 对地观测(遥感卫星)系统是空间基础设施的重要组成部分。因其具综合、动态、快速、大范围获取数据的优势,可作为全球资源环境动态监测及评估的核心技术。全球人类活动的不断加剧已使得地球生态环境的健康状况逐步下降,进而反作用于人类的自身健康。笔者基于开展有效地球健康指标信息获取、诊断及评估现实需求,提出对地观测技术发展的重点方向。围绕地球健康体检的科学内涵和健康地学目标,在系统梳理国内外新型遥感对地观测技术进展的基础上,提出了地球健康体检的主要内容、技术流程及其关键技术;总结了新型对地观测技术支撑地球健康光谱监测网络平台建设的方法;并以黄河中上游及黑土关键带区域为例,在土地健康及地质灾害监测等方面开展地球体检区域示范;最后对未来地球健康体检技术发展进行展望。

       

      Abstract: Earth observation (remote sensing satellite) system is an important part of space infrastructure. Due to its advantages of comprehensive, dynamic, fast and large-scale data acquisition, it can be used as the core technology for dynamic monitoring and assessment of the global resource environment. Increasing global human activity has led to a gradual decline in the health of the planet's ecosystem, which in turn has had a negative impact on our own health. Based on the actual needs of effective earth health index information acquisition, earth health diagnosis and earth health status evaluation, this paper puts forward the key directions for the development of earth observation technology. Focusing on the scientific connotation of earth health monitoring and the goal of geohealth, we first systematically review the progress of new remote sensing earth observation technologies at home and abroad, and propose the main contents, technical processes and key technologies of the earth health examination. Then, the method of using new earth observation technology to support the construction of earth health spectrum monitoring network platform is summarized. Taking the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River and the key belt of black soil as examples, the regional demonstration of earth health examination is carried out in terms of land health and geological disaster monitoring. Finally, the future development of technology is prospected.
