    Division Scheme of Surface Substrate Mapping Units of Mountainous-Hilly Area in South China Based on Geological Formations Research: Example from Xinhui-Taishan Area in Pearl River Delta

    • 摘要: 地表基质填图单元的划分是开展地表基质调查和成果表达的重要基础和前提。笔者在珠三角新会—台山地区地表基质调查实践中,融合借鉴地质、生态和土壤等综合学科,按照宏观可识别、可填图勾绘,并且命名能代表地质基质单元的组成、结构和理化性质,体现地表基质的发育、演化的逻辑关系等原则,探索提出了一套适用于南方山地-丘陵区的地表基质填图单元分类思路。在新会—台山地表基质调查区划分出3个地表基质一级类,5个地表基质二级类,16个主要的地表基质填图单元。该划分方案对完善地表基质调查评价和自然资源调查监测体系构建均具参考价值。

       

      Abstract: The division of surface substrate mapping units is an important basis and premise for surface substrate survey and achievement expression. In the practice of s surface substrate survey in Xinhui-Taishan area of the Pearl River Delta, this paper integrates and draws lessons from the comprehensive disciplines of geology, ecology and soil science, etc., then according to the principles that the macro can be identified, mapped and drawn, and the naming can represent the composition, structure and physical and chemical properties of geological matrix units, and reflect the logical relationship of the development and evolution of surface substrate, etc, this paper explores and puts forward a set of classification ideas of surface substrate mapping units based on geological formations research, mountainous-hilly area in South China. According to the above principles, the surface substrate survey in Xinhui-Taishan area is divided into sixteen main surface substrate mapping units. The division scheme has reference value for improving the investigation and evaluation of surface substrate and the construction of natural resources investigation and monitoring system.
