    • 摘要: 舟曲"8.8"特大泥石流是我国有历史记载以来造成损失最大的一次泥石流灾害,如实地记录这次灾害的特点、形成条件及致灾因素,分析其发展趋势并提出风险减缓措施,对指导灾后重建和今后的研究都是十分必要的.以舟曲"8.8"泥石流中的三眼峪为对象,从泥石流分区特征、堆积特征以及其特征值等方面描述了泥石流灾害特征;从地形地貌、固体物质和极端降雨三方面分析了泥石流的成因.认为城镇建设挤占泥石流排泄通道、不合理的人类工程活动、毁林垦荒破坏生态环境是导致本次灾害损失惨重的原因;三眼峪沟泥石流仍处于发展之中,再次发生泥石流的可能性很大,频率和规模将呈现增大的趋势,提出了局部避让与排导、工程治理、监测预警和公众教育等综合风险减缓措施.

       

      Abstract: The debris flow happened on 8th august 2010 in Zhouqu county is a disaster which caused the biggest damage in Chinese recorded history.It is extremely meaningful to faithfully record the features,forming reasons and triggering factors of this debris flow,analysis the development and propose the risk mitigation measures for the reconstructions guidance and further study of this disaster.This paper takes the debris flow at Sanyanyu gulley as an example.The debris flow features were described according to the zoning and deposition characteristics,unit weight,velocity and discharge of the debris flow.The forming reasons were analyzed based on the topography,solid material properties,and the extremely rainfall conditions.The construction blockage of the debris flow outlet,disadvantageous human activities,and environmental degradation because of deforestation were recognized as the main reasons for this huge disaster.The potential debris flow at Sanyanyu gulley is developing.It is probable for the debris flow to occur again,and the frequency and scope will increase.A comprehensive risk mitigation measure incorporating local let-by,engineering treatment,monitoring,warning and public education was put forwarded.
