    Platinum Group Element Character of the Getashankou Ni-Cu Deposit in East Tianshan and its Effect on Mineralization Process

    • 摘要: 圪塔山口铜镍矿床位于东天山黄山-镜儿泉-图拉尔根铜镍矿带东段,目前,规模已达小型,以星点状和稀疏浸染状矿石为主.矿石中Ni含量为0.16%~1.39%,Cu含量为0.02%~1.21%,Ni/Cu值为1.15~7.01.铂族元素总量含量较低,为13.11×10-9~828.09×10-9,矿石Pd/Ir值为13.9~20.8,表明成矿后热液活动对铂族元素影响较小.铂族元素原始地幔标准化配分曲线呈明显的左倾型,PPGE含量略高于IPGE.在Ni/Cu-Pd/Ir图解上,圪塔山口矿床母岩浆成分落入高镁玄武岩区域,与国内其他典型铜镍矿床成矿母岩浆性质一致.深部岩浆房内少量硫化物的熔离是导致矿石中PGE亏损的主要原因.铂族元素之间呈较好的正相关性,表明硫化物熔离后未发生明显的分离结晶作用.

       

      Abstract: The small scale Getashankou Ni-Cu deposit is located at the eastern section of the Huangshan-Jingerquan-Tulargen Ni-Cu ore belt, East Tianshan. This deposit is mainly composed by speckled ore and sparse disseminated ore. In these ores, Ni contents range from 0.16% to 1.39%, while the Cu contents vary from 0.02% to 1.21%, and the Ni/Cu ratios change from 1.15 to 7.01. The contents of ∑PGE are relative low, which range from 13.11×10-9 to 828.09×10-9, and the Pd/Ir ratios vary from 13.9 to 20.8, indicating that the PGE characters of ores are almost unaffected by hydrothermal activity. The PGE shows the original characteristics of the deposit. Distribution patterns of PGE in these ores are enriched in Pt and Pd. In the geochemical data of these ores, the relationship between Ni/Cu and Pd/Ir indicate that the primitive magma is picritic magma whose PGE are not depleted, which is similar with other typical Ni-Cu deposits in China. Small amount of sulfide was separated in the deep chamber, which result in the loss of PGE in these ores. The elements among PGE show positive correlations, indicating that the sulfides didn't experienced effectly crystallization.
