    Genesis and Environmental Analysis of Siliceous Rocks from Middle Devonian Hanjiga Group in Jinghe County, Xinjiang

    • 摘要: 新疆精河县中泥盆世汗吉尕组中硅质岩较发育,研究硅质岩的成因对确定其沉积环境、盆地格局、区域地质构造及区域动力学演化分析特征等具有重要的指示意义。笔者通过1:5万地质填图、剖面测制及岩石学、岩石地球化学样品分析测试等工作,对研究区内汗吉尕组硅质岩的分布、成因及其形成环境等开展了专门的调查研究,确定其形成于水动力条件相对较弱的半深海沉积环境,属于火山与浊积混合成因的硅质岩。

       

      Abstract: The siliceous rocks of Middle Devonian Hanjiga Group are well developed in Jinghe County, Xinjiang. The research about the genesis of these siliceous rocks has important significant to analyze the sedimentary environment, basin structure, regional geological structure and regional dynamics evolution. Through carrying out 1:50000 geological mapping, profile measurement, petrological and geochemical analysis, the distribution, origin and formation environment of Hanjiga siliceous rocks have been studied. The results show that these siliceous rocks were formed in the bathyal depositional environment with relatively weak hydrodynamic conditions, belonging to the siliceous rocks of volcanic causes mixed with turbidite formation.
