Geological, Geophysical, Geochemical and Remote Sensing Characteristics of the Tuolugou Cobalt-Gold Deposit in East Kunlun Metallogenic Belt

    • The Tuolugou cobalt-gold deposit is located in the Kunnan gold, copper, cobalt metallogenic belt, which belongs to the Eastern Kunlun gold, copper, lead and zinc, iron, polymetallic metallogenic belt. This deposit belongs to volcanic exhalation sedimentation reformation type, and the ore bodies were occurred in the junction of nearly east-west and south-north faults that formed at different times. The ore bodies are developed in the Paleozoic Naij Tal Group. The mine area reflects weak magnetic anomaly characteristics. The synthetic abnormalities have been determined by 1:50 000 stream sediment survey, which are dominated by gold and copper, with associated elements such as arsenic, cobalt and cobalt. The abnormals are well combined, and the three-level concentration is obvious. The remote sensing alteration information feature is primarily a hydroxyl alteration, and the iron dystaining anomaly occurs on the edge of the hydroxyl anomaly. Mineral deposits are closely related to the remoteness of geophysical features, and the comprehensive exploration results are very obvious. Through comprehensively studying the corresponding characteristics of this deposit, the references for the expansion of existing deposits or the discovery of new similar mineral deposits at their periphery can be provided in this paper.
